Job summary

Rathbones is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support the Group’s prudential reporting and governance from our Liverpool office. This permanent hybrid role focuses on accurate regulatory submissions and governance across the Finance function.

You will coordinate regulatory documents, maintain data and LEI records, manage regulator inquiries, and help deliver regulatory changes while building strong relationships with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Treasury.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the Group Regulatory Reporting Governance Framework and monitor compliance with reporting requirements.
• Prepare management information for governance committees and assist with regulatory reporting submissions and regulator enquiries.
• Coordinate annual production of prudential documents and subsidiary requirements, tracking milestones and facilitating review.
• Prepare and maintain sections of key prudential documents (Pillar 3 Disclosures, Resolution Pack).
• Maintain regulatory reference data, including LEI records and legal entity structures.
• Support FSCS obligations including management information and questionnaires.
• Coordinate regulatory applications, notifications, permissions, waivers, and shareholding submissions.
• Monitor governance issues and remediation actions through CAMMS, with action tracking.
• Assist the assessment of regulatory developments and the impact on reporting obligations.
