Job summary
Hesley Group in Doncaster is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a Supported Living service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide visible values-led leadership, ensure high-quality person-centred care, oversight of governance, and drive continuous improvement with partners, families and commissioners.
The role includes on-call responsibilities, safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and developing staff through coaching and performance management
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as Registered Manager/Deputy Manager or equivalent in a Supported Living service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding legislation.
- Experience with budgets, staffing resources, occupancy, and service performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance and operational management of a Supported Living service.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality, person-centred care.
- Join on-call rota for out-of-hours support and respond to regulatory or safeguarding matters.
