Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Yorkshire. You will have full operational responsibility to ensure exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing, while developing the team and driving performance.

The role offers autonomy with strong leadership backing and a chance to shape a well-established service. Salary circa £42,000 plus uncapped bonus and outstanding benefits.

Formación

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care or similar regulated setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or progress towards completion).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for person-centred care and outstanding outcomes.
