Job summary

Beck House in Darlington is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 6-bed residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism and communication differences. You'll manage 37.5 hours weekly and drive quality care, clinical governance, and commercial performance.

The role requires an RNLD or RMN with an NMC pin and a proven management track record, including risk, budget, and stakeholder engagement, to support successful service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of mental health and learning disabilities.
• Proven ability to develop quality care services and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and financial targets are met and develop services.
• Contribute to strategic development of the care home and business plan.
• Promote high-quality outcomes and maintain relationships with purchasers and referrers.
