Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Registered Manager for Beck House in Darlington, a 6-bed residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication differences. You will oversee 37.5 hours per week, provide strong leadership, and drive quality and commercial performance.

The role requires an NHS/private sector leadership background, NMC pin, and experience as RNLD or RMN.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a healthcare management role.
• Understanding of mental health, learning disabilities and autism.
• Experience with service development and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 6-bed Beck House service and its staff.
• Ensure quality and financial targets are met and respond to purchasers and market needs.
• Build relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
