Beck House in Darlington is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 6-bedded residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities and autism. You will drive high standards of care, oversee budgets, and build strong links with the community and external stakeholders.

The role requires an RNLD or RMN with a proven management track record, NMC pin, and a drive to improve clinical quality and service user outcomes. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare management.
• Experience with learning disabilities or mental health nursing.
• Experience delivering high quality clinical care within budget constraints.
• DBS clearance is required for the role.
