Job summary

Brava Education is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a group of residential services near Guildford, Surrey, for adults with complex needs. The role is senior and hands-on, requiring CQC registration for the group and leadership of a team including deputies and support staff.

Qualifications

• Management experience in adult learning disability, autism or complex care.
• Strong working knowledge of MCA, DoLS and safeguarding.
• Experience managing more than one service or staff team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of residential services and manage staffing, rota and budget.
• Oversee MCA, DoLS, safeguarding and CQC notifications; keep services inspection-ready.
• Administer rescue medication where needed and be main contact for families.
