The role of the Senior Regional Sales Manager is to drive research excellence at Arxada across multiple markets in the areas of personal care & home care formulation, delivering innovative solutions in the form of new inventions and advanced formulation insights and formats for improving preservation and establishing novel format claims related to surfactant, emulsifier and multifunctional uses in these technology areas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cosmetic formulations and a passion for creating innovative products.
We are looking for a Regional Account Manager who will play a key role in driving profitable growth and expanding our market share within the assigned customers and territory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans while fostering strong customer relationships. You will actively identify new business opportunities, manage a robust sales pipeline, and provide commercial and technical support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
