Job summary

Omnia Projects is seeking a Lead Project Controls Manager to lead planning, cost, risk and reporting for major infrastructure projects across the UK. You will manage baselines, dashboards and EVM-related activities, ensuring governance and client requirements are met.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coach delivery partners, and maintain high standards of reporting while adhering to NEC4 and regulatory frameworks. This is a hybrid role based in the UK.

Qualifications

• 15+ years project controls experience in major infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and multi-contract environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI and advanced Excel analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Degree or HNC in engineering or related field; Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, delivering planning, cost, risk and performance reporting.
• Develop baselines, integrate cost, schedule and risk data, and produce dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops and client sessions; build senior stakeholder relationships.
• Coach teams to improve controls discipline and internal capability.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across projects.
