Job summary

Omnia Projects is seeking a Lead Project Controls Manager to support our client in planning, monitoring and control of electrical engineering and infrastructure projects from feasibility through delivery and close-out. The role spans substations, OHL, HV cable systems, BESS and renewables, ensuring governance and high standards across cost, schedule and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years project controls experience in a major infrastructure sector.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and multi‑contract environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI and advanced Excel analytics.
• Engineering degree or HNC; eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, cost, risk, and performance reporting for complex projects.
• Develop baselines and integrate cost, schedule, and risk data.
• Produce dashboards and decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coach teams to improve controls discipline.
