Job summary

Mission 4 Recruitment is pleased to support a dynamic SME in the facilities sector to appoint a Regional Cleaning Manager overseeing a portfolio of schools in the Coventry area.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets for profitability, drive service quality, maintain client relationships, and implement continuous improvements while ensuring compliance, including an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead operational teams and budgets.
• Strong leadership and planning skills with stakeholder influence at senior client level.
• Practical knowledge of Health and Safety management systems and legislation.
• Experience with clients in the education sector (schools/academies) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-based teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee site budgets to maximise contract profitability and implement cost savings.
• Be the senior operational contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct quality audits across sites to meet cleaning standards and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and selling value-added services.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Provide regular project support, reports, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
