Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across around 60 sites in Coventry and surrounding areas. The role focuses on managing teams on the road, ensuring high cleaning standards and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have cleaning supervision or facilities management experience, be organised, proactive and able to travel between sites with a full UK driving licence. A company vehicle is provided and full training is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning supervision, facilities management, housekeeping or a similar operational role.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good attention to detail and high standards.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting cleaning teams across approximately 60 sites.
• Carrying out regular site visits and cleaning inspections.
• Ensuring company and client cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
• Managing staff performance, attendance and conduct.
• Supporting recruitment, induction and training of cleaning staff.
• Arranging holiday and sickness cover where required.
• Monitoring cleaning equipment, materials and stock levels.
• Building positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Completing regular audits, reports and compliance checks.
• Supporting new site openings and operational improvements.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our clients growing team, covering approximately 60 sites across Coventry and the surrounding area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, managing people, maintaining high cleaning standards and building strong relationships with site teams and clients.

The Role

As Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across a large portfolio of retail sites. You will work closely with cleaning teams and site contacts to ensure standards are consistently maintained and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.
