Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across a large portfolio of retail sites, covering approximately 60 sites in Coventry and surrounding areas. The role includes managing teams, site visits, inspections and driving high cleaning standards.

You will coordinate recruitment, training, and staff performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cleaning teams across approximately 60 sites.
• Carry out regular site visits and cleaning inspections.
• Ensure company and client cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
• Manage staff performance, attendance and conduct.
• Support recruitment, induction and training of cleaning staff.
• Arrange holiday and sickness cover where required.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and stock levels.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Complete regular audits, reports and compliance checks.
• Support new site openings and operational improvements.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our clients growing team, covering approximately 60 sites across Coventry and the surrounding area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, managing people, maintaining high cleaning standards and building strong relationships with site teams and clients.

The Role

As Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across a large portfolio of retail sites. You will work closely with cleaning teams and site contacts to ensure standards are consistently maintained and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting cleaning teams across approximately 60 sites
• Carrying out regular site visits and cleaning inspections
• Ensuring company and client cleaning standards are consistently achieved
• Managing staff performance, attendance and conduct
• Supporting recruitment, induction and training of cleaning staff
• Arranging holiday and sickness cover where required

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing people across multiple locations.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in cleaning supervision, facilities management, housekeeping or a similar operational role
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good attention to detail and high standards
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to travel throughout the area
