Job summary

OPDC in London invites an experienced project leader to drive major development, regeneration and infrastructure programmes from concept to delivery. You will manage diverse stakeholders, prepare update papers for senior committees and maintain strong governance across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires Chartered Surveyor-level expertise, robust financial appraisal skills and a proven track record in complex, partner-driven developments.

Qualifications

• Depth of experience across development, regeneration, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of property market dynamics and development economics.
• Experience in managing large-scale partnerships and joint ventures.
• Ability to interpret financial appraisals and business plans.
• Experience delivering complex regeneration projects in stakeholder-rich environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to delivery with the wider Delivery team.
• Oversee reporting of development activity, budgets, risks and performance.
• Direct multi-disciplinary consultancy teams and appraise outputs.
• Forecast cashflows, expenditure, receipts and valuations over time.
• Support strategic financing plans and future development opportunities.
