OPDC is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead delivery of development within the OPDC area, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants. The role requires extensive experience in real estate development, regeneration, and infrastructure with strong financial appraisal skills.

You will oversee planning, land assembly, and infrastructure coordination while reporting to the Delivery Directorate.

Formación

• Professional qualification (Chartered Surveyor or similar) with significant experience in real estate development, property regeneration, or major residential/mixed-use delivery.
• Strong understanding of master plan development, phasing, and development and joint venture/partnership agreements.
• Ability to interpret and interrogate financial appraisals to support delivery decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development projects through delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultancy teams and appraise outputs.
• Forecast development cashflows and manage budgets, risks, and performance dashboards.
• Support strategic financing, joint ventures, land disposal, debt investment and grant funding.
• Identify new development opportunities aligned with OPDC objectives.
• Build relationships with landowners, developers, investors, and partners.
• Prepare and present papers for OPDC Board and Investment Committee.
