• Lead and manage complex regeneration projects and programmes
• Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of high-profile regeneration initiatives
• Identify and develop new project opportunities
• Prepare business cases and funding applications
• Manage project delivery and risk
• Align projects with council priorities and placemaking best practices
• Act as principal contact for regeneration matters
