Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service our multi-site retail clients across the Guildford and Woking area.

This is a mobile, on‑the‑road role: you’ll diagnose, repair and maintain supermarket refrigeration systems, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

You’ll receive a company van and fuel card, door‑to‑door pay, 25 days of holiday, overtime at time‑and‑a‑half, and an annual bonus (up to 4%).

Formación

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience, preferably in supermarket environments.
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079) and CO2 qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, maintain, service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Work hands-on on a mobile patch across sites.
• Provide outstanding customer service and safety compliance.
