Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration across Devon and surrounding areas. You will diagnose, maintain and repair systems while delivering excellent customer service on the road.

The role is mobile and hands-on, with 45 hours per week, on-call rotations, and a comprehensive rewards package including pension, health plan, cycle to work and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO2 Qualification.
• Supermarket refrigeration experience.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• A strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be on the road, keeping supermarket refrigeration systems running across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
