Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing team servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. You will travel across Dartford, Croydon and South West London, providing service, maintenance and proactive fault finding.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £51,261 per annum, a company van with fuel card for personal use, door‑to‑door pay, 25 days’ leave plus holidays, overtime rates, and an annual bonus (up to 4%).

Qualifications

• UK driving license is required.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) required.
• CO2 qualification required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
• Travel in Dartford, Croydon and South West London regions; travel across to sites as required.
• Contribute to a safe working environment and comply with company policies.
• Participate in on‑call rota as scheduled (1 in 4 weeks).
