Job summary

Arcus FM are seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration across the West Midlands. You’ll be on the road visiting multi-site retail clients, carrying out diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with a strong emphasis on customer service.

This is a hands-on mobile role where no two days are the same, offering a competitive salary up to £51,261, a company van with fuel card for personal use, door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays,

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO2 Qualification is desirable.
• Supermarket refrigeration experience.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostics, servicing and repairs with a focus on customer service on a mobile patch.

About the Job

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

To be successful you will have:

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
