Build Recruitment Limited seeks a Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer / Engineering Team Leader in Gloucestershire. You will lead a service team, provide technical guidance, and drive high engineering standards while mentoring engineers to improve fault-finding and performance.

You will manage technical escalation, ensure KPI achievement, and share best practices across the department to deliver reliable, efficient cooling and ventilation solutions.

Qualifikationen

• City & Guilds Refrigeration & AC levels 1–3 or NVQ.
• F-Gas and ODS Cat 1 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/heavy refrigeration systems.
• Experience with pack systems, chillers, control panels, commissioning and leak detection.
• Good understanding of air conditioning and ventilation.
• Excellent fault-finding, troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Strong leadership with mentoring ability.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and high standards.
