Job summary

You will drive first-time fix rates, manage workloads, and mentor engineers while liaising with clients and site managers to align priorities and scopes of work.

Qualifications

• Proven background as Senior Refrigeration Engineer or Refrigeration Manager in FM, retail or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of refrigeration engineers across multiple sites.
• Oversee planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and projects on commercial/industrial systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and client standards; manage workloads and KPIs.
• Contribute to recruitment, training and competency development within the team.
