Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. seeks a Refrigeration Maintenance Manager to lead service delivery in a dynamic industrial refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation business.

You will coordinate with regional managers, provide technical support to customers and engineers, and drive maintenance planning using Joblogic. The role requires refrigeration industry experience and strong IT skills; a company car and bonus are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Refrigeration industry experience required.
• Experience planning maintenance visits and contracting.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365; familiarity with Joblogic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the local Service Manager and other management teams.
• Provide customer and refrigeration engineer technical support.
• Plan maintenance visits and quote maintenance contracts via Joblogic.
• Ensure engineer paperwork is completed correctly (preferably electronically).
• Produce maintenance checklists in Excel.
• Ensure FGAS compliance.
• Attend customer review meetings.
• Provide holiday cover for Service Manager.
