Job summary

Corecom Consulting in Leeds is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive the recruitment function and coach a high-performing team. You will lead by example across the 360-recruitment process, mentor consultants, and push for consistent billing while expanding the client and candidate network.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, plan development activities, and contribute to new business opportunities. A strong emphasis on leadership, strategy, and target achievement is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment—agency preferred.
• Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant with niche market exposure.
• Experience managing a team for at least 1 year ideal.
• Proven track record of billing and building client relationships from day one.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and able to work autonomously within a structured process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a recruitment team, setting weekly KPIs and quarterly objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings and plan work to meet deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment from candidate attraction to offer management.
• Develop business plans with management and nurture client relationships.
• Source candidates through diverse channels and maintain active talent pools.
• Collaborate on growth strategies and new business opportunities across sectors.
• Maintain GDPR compliance and uphold candidate/client confidentiality.
• Represent Corecom Swift at industry events and network with key stakeholders.
