Job summary

Corecom Consulting in Leeds is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage the full lifecycle from attraction to placement. You will act as a billing-focused team resource, mentoring juniors and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong client and candidate networks.

You will drive KPI achievement, partner with startups and growing businesses, and attract top tech talent using diverse sourcing methods beyond the database and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of billings and the ability to hit the ground running with relationships to candidates and clients from day one.
• Hungry and determined personality with a proactive mindset.
• Self-motivated; treats KPIs as an advantage, not a hindrance.
• Able to work autonomously while following a standard recruitment process.
• Willingness to follow Corecom’s standardised recruitment process for best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from candidate attraction to offer management.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pools to ensure up-to-date market knowledge.
• Identify and attend industry events to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships for long-term engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts effectively.
• Advertise vacancies with engaging content across social media and job boards.
• Shortlist and screen candidates; discuss role vision, salary and benefits.
