Job description

Our Team Leads play a vital role in the continued growth and success of the business, playing a fundamental part in enabling our ambitious but achievable growth plans!

You’ll either already have experience managing people or be hungry to demonstrate your strong leadership skills; and you’ll be eager to pass on your expertise through coaching, mentoring and leading by example. You’ll contribute to the financial success of the business and be inspirational to your colleagues; encouraging them to perform and meet their sales targets!

Working on a niche area of the business, you will lead the team by demonstrating excellent skills across the 360-recruitment process; you’ll be confident managing the recruitment cycle from candidate attraction to new business development. You will be a consistent billing member of the team whilst being an invaluable resource to the Consultants who you will mentor and coach along their Milestones at Corecom. You’ll facilitate them in generating ideas on how to work difficult vacancies – thinking outside of the box to attract candidates from other sourcing methods outside of the database and LinkedIn. You will be an expert using agency recruitment tools – CRM systems, LI Recruiter for head hunting activities and be a skilled networker who can build strong connections throughout the industry.

You will partner with a range of clients from exciting start-up companies to thriving businesses to help them source some of the best tech candidates on the market. You’ll become a specialist within your market working to nurture and grow a specialist network of both clients and candidates alongside building your own brand.

You will drive the business forward and support the team in new business development activities to target companies across multiple sectors. You’ll understand the importance of team development and encourage your team to take ownership and accountability of their own progress, pushing them to continual promotion. Their success will be a reflection on your coaching ability, and you’ll celebrate their progress through the Corecom milestones.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitoring activity across your team, setting weekly KPI’s and quarterly objectives for your team.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with your team to help them plan their work.
  • Collecting weekly data for the SMT – enabling you to provide an accurate overview as to whether your team are on or off track to meet their deliverables.
  • Be a resource for your team to deal with difficult recruitment issues, escalating them to SMT where needed.
  • Work with the management team to develop business development plans for your line reports, individually and as a team.
  • Provide session mentoring to your team as needed.
  • Advertising vacancies by writing engaging content to publish across our social media sites and industry specific job boards.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools of candidates to ensure you have up to date market knowledge.
  • Identify and attend relevant industry exhibitions both day and evening, in order to gain market knowledge and build unique 1-2-1 relationships with key stakeholders.
