CSG Talent is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Leeds/Horsforth team. You’ll have a proven track record billing in recruitment across perm, temp or contract desks, and you’ll build pipelines while managing a full 360 process.

You’ll keep clients and candidates engaged even when challenges arise. We value high performance, honesty, and genuine investment in people over fees, with opportunities to work internationally and relocate where needed.

Qualifications

• Track record of billing in a recruitment environment across perm, temp or contract desks.
• Ability to build a pipeline and manage a full 360 recruitment process.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-performance recruitment desk.
• Build pipelines and drive revenue through candidate and client engagement.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement and beyond.
• Collaborate with the Performance Team to sharpen skills and specialise.
