Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant 360:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients.
- Utilize networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads and develop long-term partnerships.
- Manage the Full Recruitment Life-Cycle: Source candidates, create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Conduct regular check-ins, understand client goals, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Contribute to Branch Growth: Participate in business development, identify new sectors, and collaborate on strategies to enhance client acquisition and team performance.
Skills
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in recruitment business development, preferably within the Maintenance sector, with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative team player.
- Full UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle for client visits.
