Overview:

  • Earn a basic salary ranging from £37,000 to £40,000
  • OTE uncapped

Location: Home based with some requirement to travel infrequently to Sales Meetings and other similar events.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, considering their experience as first-time self-employed advisors or established professionals seeking a stronger proposition. You should already have access to some of these contacts from day one.
  • Identifying suitable candidates: Use indirect and direct approaches, screen candidates, and secure interviews for our Sales Management team.
  • Maintaining internal systems: Track progress according to company standards.
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards: Map candidates effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide outcomes and results to senior management.
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience within an internal recruiter or agency role.
  • Experience in Financial Services Recruitment.
  • Exceptional sales record with access to prospects interested in joining from day one.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build candidate relationships.
  • Ambitious, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to achieve key objectives.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Right to live and work in the UK (evidence required).
  • Valid and full UK Driving Licence.
  • Educated to at least A Level standard.
Desired Requirements:
  • Experience recruiting Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisors.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the Mortgage & Protection sector is highly advantageous.
