Senior Recruitment Consultant

Flexible Basic Salary + commission

Birmingham (hybrid, 4.5 day work week)

Investigo is a market leader in recruiting across multiple specialisms. In this role, you will be part of our London Technology Practice. We foster an entrepreneurial spirit, allowing you to build your own recruitment business within the company. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruitment consultant with 18 months or more experience who wants to join a consultative, high-performing company that offers support and development to advance your career.

This role involves managing a warm desk within an established Tech contract market. We are hiring due to significant growth in our leadership teams, requiring an additional 360-degree consultant to take over part of the desk, build on existing success, and develop independently.

The Role:

You will manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial contact to aftercare, focusing on delivering performance with energy and accountability. Responsibilities include:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Providing feedback and advice to candidates
• Developing new business
• Market mapping and headhunting within specific candidate pools
• Generating leads through relationship building
• Communicating clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity
