Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, whether they are considering their first venture into self-employment or are established Advisors seeking a stronger proposition. Your existing contacts will be valuable from day 1.
2. Identifying suitable candidates: Use indirect and direct approaches, screening candidates, and securing interviews for our Sales Management team.
3. Maintaining internal systems: Track progress to company standards.
4. Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards: Map candidates effectively.
5. Reporting: Provide outcomes and results to senior management.
6. Recruitment experience of at least 3 years in an Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Agency role.
7. Experience in Financial Services Recruitment.
8. Possess an exceptional sales record with access to prospects interested in joining from day 1.
9. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong history of building candidate relationships.
10. Ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
11. Highly organized, able to work independently, and achieve key objectives.
12. Strong IT Skills.
13. Right to live and work in the UK (evidence required), in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
14. Hold a valid and full UK Driving Licence.
15. Educated to at least A Level standard.

Desired Requirements:

Candidates with a background in recruiting Self Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisors.

Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Mortgage & Protection sector is highly advantageous.
