Our client, a leading global law firm, are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this role has management of recruitment globally, and will work closely with the executive team on projects. This is an exciting role in a growing team that will include lateral recruitment for fee earning populations. Responsibilities include:
Manage relationships with key Partners and stakeholders
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including championing direct sourcing and developing innovative attraction strategies
Lead recruitment projects and support with resource planning
Build relationships with internal and external partners
Job Requirements
You will have previous recruitment management experience and strong exposure to fee earning recruitment, developed in professional services. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong commercial awareness, have a strategic mindset, and ideally have experience operating in a global environment.
