Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment assignments, applying your knowledge to specific challenges
• Develop existing client relationships and generate new business through networking, market research, and business development calls
• Manage and close complex deals, selling our value-added services
• Maintain key client relationships, resolve issues, and ensure delivery exceeds expectations
• Understand each client’s organization and execute recruitment campaigns on their behalf
• Source, select, and match candidates, coordinate interviews, brief candidates, and gather feedback
• Create marketing materials such as adverts and mail shots
