Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on the strategic role of technology within organizations.
• Modeling benefits and costs to support change initiatives.
• Optimizing IT Total Cost of Ownership through analysis and prioritization.
• Building digital capabilities to address current and future challenges.
• Supporting technology restructuring for M&A and digital transformation.
