Job summary

Boden Group is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Contract & Interim team in the UK. You will own an established desk, manage end-to-end recruitment for high-value contract roles, and develop relationships with clients and contractors across facilities management and related markets.

You will drive transformation, mobilisation and project-led appointments while proactively winning new business and building a recurring revenue stream for Boden Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and interim recruitment.
• Track record developing client relationships and winning business.
• Ability to deliver contract recruitment assignments at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement and extension.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
• Lead and grow Boden Group's established contract and interim desk.
• Recruit senior contract and interim professionals across FM and related sectors.
• Deliver high-value transformation, mobilisation and project-led appointments.
• Identify new opportunities and proactively win contract and interim business.
• Build and maintain a robust network of specialist contractors.
• Ensure contractors stay engaged throughout assignments.
