Boden Group is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Contract & Interim team in the UK. You will own an established desk, recruit senior contract and interim professionals, and drive high-value transformation and mobilisation projects.

You will nurture existing client relationships, win new business, and build a scalable contractor book while enjoying autonomy and flexible start times within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in contract and interim recruitment.
• Experience building client relationships and winning new business.
• Strong understanding of Facilities Management or related markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established contract and interim desk.
• Recruit senior contract/interim professionals across FM sectors.
• Develop transformation, mobilisation and project-led appointments.
