Job summary

Boden Group seeks an experienced Commercial Manager for a key Facilities Management contract in the United Kingdom. You will own the commercial lifecycle of high‑value operational contracts, working with clients, internal stakeholders and supply chains to maximize profitability and ensure value delivery.

The role demands strong FM experience, a thorough understanding of NEC contracts and a proactive approach to risk and financial management.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and construction contracts.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector agreements.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial aspects of operational contracts.
• Manage risk registers and mitigate commercial risks.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms within delegated authority.
• Lead tender processes and supplier appointments for best value.
• Monitor contract performance and financial risk with clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across projects.
• Manage supplier accounts and maintain commercial records.
• Support profit improvement opportunities across contracts.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for contracts.
