Job summary

Barton Search - Rec2Rec is seeking a Lead / Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established Facilities Management desk. You will recruit across Hard FM, Soft FM, Building Services and related disciplines, billing actively from day one and expanding key client relationships.

The role offers hybrid flexibility with a strong existing candidate network and live vacancies, allowing you to maintain momentum while shaping the desk’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within Facilities Management, Hard FM, Soft FM or related tech markets.
• Strong understanding of temporary and contract recruitment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Commercially minded recruiter who spots opportunities and grows accounts.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warm, existing Facilities Management desk with live vacancies.
• Take ownership of the desk, drive billing and develop client relationships from day one.
• Recruit across Hard FM, Soft FM, Building Services and related disciplines.
