11 Investments Ltd, a Soho-based recruitment group, is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to specialise in qualified finance. The role blends business development, candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment across the UK market, with hybrid working in London.

You will drive revenue, nurture client relationships, mentor junior recruiters and deliver for top finance clients. The position rewards high performance with broader career growth and an established brand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering against revenue targets as a recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an engaged network of finance clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; maximise business opportunities and market share.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from outreach to placement.

• Lead complex negotiations to close roles and terms.
• Collaborate with the team to hit individual and group targets.
• Promote the 11 Investments brand within the market.
• Mentor and support junior staff and recruit within the value framework.

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.
• Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
