Job summary

11 Investments is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant focused on qualified finance to join our Soho, London team. You will build and manage an engaged network of clients and candidates, run full-cycle recruitment, and help drive revenue targets within a fast-growing group.

You will mentor juniors, promote the 11 brand, and enjoy hybrid working with wellbeing activities, enhanced parental leave, lunch clubs, and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Agency 360 recruiter experience with proven success.
• Excellent communication and confidence in matching candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing an engaged network of clients and candidates in finance.
• Developing existing and new client relationships to maximise opportunities.
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Mentoring junior recruiters and promoting the 11 brand in the market.
• Negotiating complex terms and driving team targets.

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.
• Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process

• Managing complex negotiations
