Job summary

11 Investments is a dynamic recruitment group operating across the UK and US with eight brands and a growing footprint in professional services recruitment. The Recruitment Director role in London is a GTM leadership position that combines hands-on 360 recruitment with strategic business development, operating on a hybrid model with three days in London.

You will lead a team of experienced recruiters, manage key client and candidate relationships, and drive full-cycle recruitment while aligning

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience leading and developing a recruitment team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage complex end-to-end recruitment cycles.

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
• Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
