Location: Plymouth

Salary: £30,000 with £80,000 OTE (depending on revenue generated)

About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing your own vertical markets, driving new business and growing key accounts
• Building strong commercial relationships with SMEs and major brands across the region
• Identifying and attracting top talent through networking, advertising, headhunting and social media
• Offering expert recruitment solutions that address client challenges and help businesses thrive
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates
