Brook Street in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a dedicated desk across Wales, fostering strong client partnerships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage candidates through the process and drive new business opportunities in a fast-paced market.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll leverage Brook Street’s brand and tools, with a hybrid working model and a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.

Cardiff - Hybrid (4 days office based)

What you'll be doing

• Running and growing your own recruitment desk.
• Building trusted relationships with local clients across Wales.
• Winning new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.
• Managing candidates from first conversation through to placement.
• Keeping your market knowledge and online presence sharp and relevant.
• Delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment support in a fast-moving environment.
