Brook Street, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead your own Wales-based desk and deliver tailored recruitment solutions for clients and candidates across the region.

The Cardiff-based role is hybrid (4 days office-based), offering a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses within a supportive team and strong brand presence.
