Acorn by Synergie’s Driving division in Newport is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Office team. You will focus on growing the Driving desk, sourcing candidates, and servicing clients across permanent recruitment, with a focus on delivering quick, high-quality matches.

Based in Newport, you will balance business development with filling vacancies, build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and benefit from an uncapped commission scheme and comprehensive

• Using sales skills to grow your Driving division desk.
