Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking a Driving Recruitment Consultant in Coventry to join our busy branch and take ownership of a high-volume logistics and driving desk, delivering end-to-end recruitment for professional drivers and related roles.

You will win new business through cold calling and networking, build strong client relationships in the logistics sector, screen and interview drivers, advertise vacancies, and manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

Driving Recruitment Consultant – Coventry

Location: Coventry

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are looking for a

Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Coventry branch and take ownership of a high-volume logistics and driving desk.

The Role

As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for both

winning new business and recruiting professional drivers for our clients across the logistics and transport sector.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, fill urgent driving vacancies and ensure a high level of service from initial enquiry through to placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics and transport clients.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers.
• Recruit and source drivers for a variety of driving vacancies.
• Write and advertise engaging driver vacancies.
• Screen, interview and register candidates.
• Ensure all driver documentation and compliance checks are completed.
• Respond quickly to urgent and same-day bookings.
• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers and clients.
• Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets.
• Keep CRM systems fully updated.
• Identify opportunities to increase business and develop existing accounts.
