Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Newport is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Driving division. Based at our Head Office, you will develop business with new and existing clients, source and vet candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment on a 360 desk.

The role offers a generous uncapped commission scheme, a minimum of 33 days holiday, and opportunities for training, progression and career development within a friendly and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally with a 360 desk approach.
• Ability to balance business development and filling vacancies.
• Strong client and candidate relationship skills.
• Experience in driving/division recruitment is a plus.

Key Duties

This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, and you will be responsible for:

Using sales skills to grow your Driving division desk.

Developing business with new and existing clients.

Servicing clients and fulfilling their recruitment needs.

Sourcing and vetting candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities.

Registering candidates in line with procedural, legislative and customer requirements.

Building relationships with candidates and clients.

Responding quickly to clients' recruitment needs.

Requirements

Ability to balance business development and filling vacancies.

Commercially minded and customer focused approach.

Confidence in building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
