Job summary

Acorn by Synergie, based at the Head Office in Newport, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Driving division. This 360 role requires developing new business, servicing clients, and sourcing top talent to fill vacancies, with a strong emphasis on relationships and fast-paced delivery.

Key Duties

• This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, and you will be responsible for:Using sales skills to grow your Driving division desk.
• Developing business with new and existing clients.
• Servicing clients and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
• Sourcing and vetting candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities.
• Registering candidates in line with procedural, legislative and customer requirements.
• Building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Responding quickly to clients' recruitment needs.
