Staffr in Manchester is seeking a hungry recruitment professional to own end-to-end desks, win clients and place top talent in exciting tech startups.

You will run full 360 recruitment—from BD to closing—building deep relationships with founders, hiring managers and senior candidates, and driving your own success with transparent metrics.

Qualificações

• Ambition and competitive drive: you want to earn and you want to win.
• Confidence on the phone and the resilience to bounce back from a no.
• Curiosity about tech, AI and startups (you don’t need to code, but you should care).
• Recruitment or sales experience is a bonus, not a must. Attitude beats CV.
