Senior Recruiter

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a senior recruiter to work in a busy, friendly environment. You will have previous experience as a recruiter within a construction/industrial (ideally blue collar) related field and have a stable career background. You will be joining a dynamic and dedicated team who specialise in placing quality candidates across the construction & Industrial sectors to our established clients throughout the UK.

Duties

1. Manage and develop a busy temp & perm multi-sector team
2. Carry out sales activity; attending client meetings and networking events
3. Develop client base; source new business, follow up leads, develop existing business relationships
4. Ensure service excellence to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
5. Full UK driving licence is required for client visits
